Xwendny Balla City (XB City) is a large-scale residential and community development located in Daratw, Erbil, Iraq. Qala Engineering Consultant is proudly overseeing the supervision of the project, as well as providingm architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical designs. Spanning an area of approximately 346,359 m², the project comprises 580 housing units in two types, 189 m² and 168 m², along with 8 residential buildings, each rising 10 stories high. XB City is thoughtfully planned to include a range of community facilities, such as primary and secondary schools, a health center, nursery, kindergarten, shops, a masjid, administrative police office, supermarket, tea house, and restaurant.
